Returns Policy

Boardman’s is confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you have been sent a faulty or incorrect item we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement. In order to do so the item must have all packaging and tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items; such items will be directly returned to the purchaser. To return these items you must contact us either by telephone: 0161 832 2381 option 1 or by email: wholesale@boardmansdesign.com within 14 days of receiving the order. The information we require the shipment note number, item name, quantity and issue with product (a picture of the product would be preferred from Faulty goods). We will respond within 72 hours by email or telephone advising whether the goods will be collected or whether we would like you to dispose of the product. If collection is agreed, a response email/telephone call will be made advising of the collection date, reference and transport company name.

If you would like to return the incorrect/faulty items yourself please make sure the goods are sent to the warehouse address, please note any returns must be agreed by Boardman’s prior to returning otherwise a credit will not be raised.
