WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE?
We have offices and showrooms in both China and the UK. Operations are based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Design and technical teams are located in Manchester, UK from where we collate the latest trend and technical knowledge from across Europe to keep our customers up to date and make your life easier.

Over the last 5 years, our sales have averaged over $50 million p.a. at retail prices and we typically supply 7 million units each year.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WORK WITHIN THE BUSINESS (UK AND CHINA)?
In China we employ 29 people across sourcing, product development, merchandising and technical and quality control. In the UK we have 4 technical experts and 11 highly experienced designers and account managers, working alongside a team that supplies stock supported products on short lead times.
WHICH CUSTOMERS DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with over 30 international retailers in the fashion, supermarket, online and department store sectors, along with specialist retailers and garden centres. Our customers mainly sell across Europe, USA and the UK but also Australia and Japan.
HOW MANY FACTORIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
To supply a full range of accessories including knit, cut and sew, woven, straw, leather and other manufacturing processes, it is necessary to work across at least 5 or more factories. As a retailer, accessories is a complicated category to manage and control. Boardmans take the pain out of the process by partnering with an independently audited supply chain of 15 factories across a range of price points and product categories, so that you have a single point of contact.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPMENT TERMS?
We supply FCA in USD, Euros and RMB. Additionally, we can provide stock supported business in Europe on a DDP basis.

Private Label is Boardman’s direct to source service, matching our audited and approved factories to your brand so that our custom design and extensive market knowledge is applied to make your products stand out.
